Guided Photography
Learn how to master the full manual controls on your camera and expose the perfect shot.
This workshop is designed for those that would like to get the most out of their camera and move to full manual mode in all their photography to get the most out of their equipment.
Prerequisites:
- A good sturdy tripod
- A fully manual DSLR / mirrorless camera
- A detachable lens or lenses
If your camera is not suitable we may have one you can use but you will need to have an SD card (V10 or faster).
What will be covered:
- Shutter speeds which to use for which scenario
- Aperture or f-stop settings and the significance of adjusting this setting
- ISO
This workshop is designed to be conducted in any environment. However, if it is outdoor we will require good lighting or if indoor we can control the lighting through artificial illumination.

Although these excursions are available 7 days a week if numbers are low (less than 4 people for example) or the weather is not conducive we may move the trip t another day.
Please try to book at least 1-2 days BEFORE you have to travel back so we can accommodate if the weather is not perfect for the astrophotography.
Transport is not included in the price.
